Relay is an automatic switching element with isolation function, which is widely used in remote control, telemetry, communication, automatic control, electromechanical integration and power electronic equipment. It is one of the important control elements. The installation methods of automobile relay include PCB board type, ISO socket installation type, ISO 280 socket installation type, housing fixation and card installation type. For small and infrequently replaced relays, PCB boards are generally selected, and for frequently replaced relays, socket installation is selected.

When the contact open circuit voltage is DC 28V, micro power relay: the rated load current (resistance) of the contact is 0.1A; 0.2A weak power relay: 0.5A; 1A medium power relay: 2A; 5A high-power relay: when the contact open circuit voltage is DC 28V, the rated load current (resistance) of the contact is 10A; 15A; 20A; 25A; 40A
